Another great company for someone interested in the finance or FinTech field! Bank of America is one of the top banks in the country, and offers employees up to $5,250 every year for classes or degree programs related to their job.
3. Home Depot
This home improvement chain offers various tuition reimbursement rates for employees. Salaried employees are eligible for up to $5,000 per year, while full-time hourly employees can get up to $3,000, and part-time hourly employees can be reimbursed up to $1,500.
Any part- or full-time Starbucks employee who is eligible for benefits can receive full tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University online. You can choose from over 80 degree programs and get 100% of your tuition paid for!
